Stainless steel storage tanks are aseptic storage devices, widely used in dairy engineering, food engineering, beer engineering, fine chemical engineering, biopharmaceutical engineering, water treatment engineering and many other fields. This equipment is a newly designed storage equipment with the advantages of convenient operation, corrosion resistance, strong production capacity, convenient cleaning, anti-vibration, etc.

It is one of the key equipment for storage and transportation during production. It is made of all stainless steel, and the contact material can be 316L or 304. It is welded with stamping and formed heads without dead corners, and the inside and outside are polished, fully complying with GMP standards. There are various types of storage tanks to choose from, such as mobile, fixed, vacuum, and normal pressure.

Storage tanks are manufactured as per optional standard of GB, JB and others to meet the our customers' requirements. The storage tanks can be made in variable specifications and different sizes according to our customers' need.

- Storage Vessels/Tanks are being used as a Liquid Storage Tank, Wine Storage Tank, Syrup Storage Vessel, Liquor Storage Tank, Juice Storage Vessel, Chemical Storage Vessel, Reactor Vessel, Chemical Reactor Vessel in various industries. We manufacture Storage Vessels from 50 litres to 180,000 litres which can be used for various applications, with the following accessories/ attachments.

 

- Jacket for heating/chilling/maintaining the temperature of the product within the vessel.

 

- Electrical trace heating of the vessel to maintain product temperatures.

 

- Cladding in either stainless steel (welded or riveted) or riveted aluminum to maintain internal temperatures.

 

- Attaching a mixer/high shear blending unit to the vessel.

 

- Ensuring that the vessel is suitable for CIP.
