• • • Strong and fast mixing: Strong and fast mixing can be achieved due to effective drive design and variable speed of agitating impeller and chopper.
  • • High-degree of homogeneity: When material is added at the rate of 0.1%, the homogeneity can reach 98% in short time without lumps or agglometations.
  • • Heating jacket: A heating jacket can be equipped as an option in the mixing tank shell for heating process.
  • • Liquid spray nozzle: Spray nozzle can be equipped as an option to add liquid additives which can be evenly sprayed onto the mixture.
  • • Well bearing sealing: Shaft sealing is the combination of Teflon packing sealing and air-tight sealing to make sure long life-span.
  • • Automatic discharging valve: The combined discharge valve is pneumatic planer flap valve. The flap plate can perfectly match the mixing tank inner wall to make sure no dead corner.
  • • The cylindrical mixing bowl and specially designed agitating impeller can guarantee no blind angle in mixing.
