Introduction

The reactor can be made of stainless steel materials such as SUS304 and SUS316L. The agitator has anchor type, frame type, paddle type, turbine type, scraper type, combined type, and the rotating mechanism can adopt cycloid pin wheel reducer, stepless variable speed reducer or frequency conversion speed regulation, etc., which can meet the special reaction requirements of various materials. The sealing device can adopt mechanical seal, packing seal and other sealing structures. Heating, cooling can use jacket, half tube, coil, Miller plate and other structures, heating methods are: steam, electric heating, heat transfer oil, to meet the acid resistance, high temperature resistance, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and other different working environment process needs, according to the user process requirements for design, manufacturing.
Reactor is widely used in petroleum, chemical, banana, pesticide, dyes, medicine, food, used to complete vulcanization, hydrogenation, hydrocarbonization, polymerization, condensation and other processes of pressure vessels, such as reactors, reaction pots, decomposition kettles, etc.
